Computer Pedagogical Activities Program
The Computer Pedagogical Activities Program, piloted in the spring of 2001, uses computers as a teaching aid during school support interventions at school and at home.
The two components of this Program
The Family Support Component takes place in the family home with parent and children during weekly family support sessions, under program worker supervision. Given that many children do not have access to computers at home, we use laptops or tablets during our family interventions.
The School Support Component takes place in class or in the school’s computer lab, under the supervision of a resource person.
